Watching television can sometimes be a challenge for hearing aid users, with unnecessary delay or echo. With the Widex TV-DEX, high quality sound is quickly transmitted straight to your Clear 440 hearing aid. You can listen with the hearing aid microphones switched off so surrounding sounds do not interfere.

With the M-DEX, you can use your hearing aids as wireless headsets. They connect directly with any mobile phone, allowing you to talk and hear mobile phone conversations directly in your hearing aids.

The simple and user-friendly RC-DEX remote control gives you control of hearing aid functions like volume and programs – at the simple click of a button. Extremely easy to use, the RC-DEX is small enough to fit on a key chain.
