I’ve had a hearing problem for years, and have never done well with hearing aids until Dr. Vircks fitted me at Wolfe Audiology. I can’t believe all that I am able to hear now and I wear my hearing aids all day, every day! I don’t have to adjust them and they are so discreet, people don’t even notice that I’m wearing them. The only time I take them out during the day is when I get in the hot tub; I love to hot tub!

I Heard That

Life "Tip-Toed" by him in stocking feet,
Unheard by either ear
And the music and the sounds of life
Were not for him to hear.

Grandpa sat in his rocking chair
Each and every silent day,
And when a grandchild would say, "I love you,"
He would as "What did he say?"

Each day spoke to him in whispers
As life slowly passed him by
And even the most strident sounds
Came to him like a sigh.

But his new hearing aids changed it all
And made his life complete.
Now he hears his children laugh
And those sounds that are so sweet.

Now, he's napping in his chair
And on his lap purrs the family cat.
I said, "Who's more pampered, fluffy or dad?"
He smiled and said "Hey, I heard that!"
